Robin Dinerman, host of Cherryblossom Yoga, says her mission is to help people feel better by teaching yoga techniques that help calm the mind and relax your body. The movements she teaches in this class are designed to relieve stress and tension throughout the body. You can do these various stretches in any order, just take it slow and follow your breath.
Breathing properly and focusing on your breath is key in practicing Yoga. You want to make sure you breath in through the nose, hold the air down the throat, down the center line to the naval. Exhaling out your nose or mouth, contracting the naval. You can make a sound like Ahh or Pff when releasing the air.
